ReplyChef terms and conditions
This page presents the terms and conditions that apply to ReplyChef services. It complements the information shown before subscription.

1. Purpose
These terms of service govern access to and use of the ReplyChef platform, the AI OS for independent restaurants, by any restaurateur subscribing to one of its plans.
2. Service description
ReplyChef provides access to Le Chef and, depending on the subscribed plan, Guest Pulse, Profit Maestro, Oracle and the Action Center.
Any recommendation or content generated by the AI modules remains subject to the restaurateur's validation before any publication or action: ReplyChef never publishes or commits on its own.
3. Subscription and pricing
Current plans and pricing are listed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions have no fixed term, are billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time from the client account.
4. Beta and trial
Access to the beta is subject to application and may be limited in features or duration. ReplyChef reserves the right to evolve the product during this phase.
5. Client obligations
The restaurateur agrees to provide accurate information about their establishment and to validate generated content before any public distribution, particularly review replies and social media posts.
6. Liability
ReplyChef implements the means necessary to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without guaranteeing commercial results. Its liability cannot be engaged for content published without the restaurateur's prior validation.
7. Termination
The client may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ReplyChef may suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute, failing an amicable resolution, falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
9. Professional client and account
The service is intended for restaurant professionals. The client must provide accurate information, protect credentials and remains responsible for imported data and content.
10. Payment, Stripe and renewal
Payment is presented through Stripe Checkout. The subscription is created with the price and conditions shown before confirmation; the current integration uses Stripe subscription mode and server-configured monthly prices. Applicable prices are those shown at subscription, excluding tax where indicated.
11. Beta and trial
Beta access may require an application and may be limited. The repository does not prove that a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription; no such promise is made here. Any trial and its consequences will be shown before commitment.
12. Third-party integrations
Third-party integrations, including Google Business Profile when enabled, depend on client authorisation and provider availability. The client must comply with those services’ terms. No active Gmail access is claimed in this version.
13. Artificial intelligence and review
ReplyChef uses AI for certain analyses and proposals. They may be inaccurate, do not replace an accountant, lawyer or regulated adviser, and must be reviewed by the restaurateur before publication or action.
14. Availability and maintenance
ReplyChef uses reasonable means to maintain the service. Interruptions may result from maintenance, security, third-party providers or events beyond its control. Features marked “coming soon” are not a commitment of availability.
15. Client data and confidentiality
Client data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. For restaurant business data processed on the restaurant’s instructions, the parties take their respective controller or processor roles into account; no separate DPA is created here.
16. Termination and suspension
The client may request cancellation through the available process; unless otherwise shown, it takes effect at the end of the period already billed. ReplyChef may suspend access for serious breach, security risk or non-payment, subject to reasonable measures.
17. Intellectual property
ReplyChef and its software, text, trademarks and visuals remain protected. The client retains its data and content, subject to rights needed to provide the service.
18. Liability
The client remains responsible for decisions, approvals, publications and obligations to guests and partners. No guarantee is given of commercial results, rankings or recommendations by a third-party service.
19. Changes to the terms
The terms may evolve to reflect the service, prices or law. The applicable version is the one made available before the relevant subscription or change.
